Handler was also featured in various show, like Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler began working as a correspondent on The Tonight Show as a correspondent. Handler gained her biggest break in 2006 when she started running her own talk show for E! called The Chelsea Handler Show. the Chelsea Handler Show ran for 2 seasons. In the following year, Handler performed on the Comedy Central's Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO and Comedy Central have all aired her stand-up show. In 2010, it was announced she was to host MTV's Video Music Awards in 2010. MTV Video Music Awards 2010.
