Charisma Carpenter

 Charisma Carpenter (born July 23 1970) is an American actor from America. The first time she appeared on screen was in Cordelia Chase, a supernatural drama series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-1999) and the spin-off series Angel (1999–2004). She also appeared on Charmed (2004), Kendall Casablancas (2005-2006), Rebecca Sewell (2012-2013) and Lacy (2010-2012 strong>

 



 

  Carpenter was born in Las Vegas, Nevada the daughter of Christine who is a bird sanctuary worker, and Don Carpenter, a salesman. Carpenter is of Spanish, French, and German heritage (from her maternal grandfather). Carpenter was a student at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas. [6] She also performed in an ensemble of dance and song that was in the Las Vegas Valley when Carpenter was nine years old.

 



 

  Carpenter aged 15 when she and her family moved with her family to Rosarito Beach in Baja California, Mexico [2] and later to San Diego, California. She attended Bonita Vista High School and Chula Vista School of the Creative and Performing Arts. [2][failed verify] After graduating, Carpenter traveled throughout Europe. Carpenter returned to San Diego in 1991 and worked as an aerobics instructor and videostore clerk as well as a property manager. In 1991, she worked as a cheerleader with the San Diego Chargers football team, In 1992, she moved to Los Angeles.

 



 

  Henry Hubbard Jr. was an ex- San Diego officer and serial rapist who tried to subdue her as well as two of her male buddies while they were swimming in San Diego in 1991. Both her friends and Hubbard were shot in the fight. Hubbard fled the scene and her two friends were able to escape. Hubbard was detained and convicted. He was sentenced to 56 years imprisonment for a string of sexual assaults. Carpenter took Hubbard his flashlight from the police station to the beach. This flashlight provided crucial evidence against Hubbard.

 



 

  Carpenter was ranked No. Carpenter was ranked as 31 on AskMen’s top 99 Most Wanted Females of 2002[3031. 44 on their 2005 ranking. Carpenter stated that she does not consider herself a sex icon despite this. Carpenter was photographed on the cover as well as in a 10 page nude photo shoot in the June issue of 2004. When asked by People magazine in 2005 whether she would ever pose for Playboy once more, she answered, "I don't know. Playboy was a choice that I made for a very particular reason. It was a smart financial choice. It also seemed like it was the right thing for me. Following the birth of my son, I had gained 50 lbs in pregnancy. I wanted to be my former self. I wanted to look at ease and attractive. So , I thought, "What if I went full throttle'
